All lampwork beads sold by Karschies Glasperlen are made from glass which may break if handled unproperly, dropped, or exposed to sudden temperature changes. Such treatment may result in shards of broken glass pieces or sharp edges that could cause injury. When wearing glass beads please take care not to expose them to situations that may cause them to break and be sure to protect them from impacts or extreme temperature changes. As with any broken object, please discard immediately. The spacers and other beads provided in sets from Karschies Glasperlen should also be treated in the same fashion.
Please note that even with the extra care taken to make sure all photographs of beads and jewellery are taken in normal daylight conditions and are as close to the actual colours of the various items, the variations in computer displays may result in slight discrepancies of colour. If for any reason, an item does not meet your expectations we will be happy to replace it or refund the cost, subject to a handling fee for packaging and postage, as long as we receive it undamaged.
